Derive is joining Voltrade’s Proof of Trader as its options genesis partner. We’re putting up 15,000 DRV for traders who are new to Derive and reach an options trading volume target during the campaign.
Eligible traders can earn up to 1,500 DRV each. The campaign runs from 3 November until 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Rewards go to the first traders to complete their targets, subject to availability in each tier.
Use your trading history to qualify
Voltrade checks your trading history across 40+ venues. Connect your wallets or link your centralised exchange accounts using read-only API keys. Voltrade uses your history to determine your tier and show offers from participating platforms.
For the Derive offer, your options or perpetuals volume on other venues determines which reward you can qualify for. You must have no previous trading history on Derive.

Only options trades with a delta between 0.1 and 0.6 count towards your target.
Around 18 November, Voltrade will move any unwon Tier 1 rewards into Tier 2.
First to complete, first to earn
Activating an offer does not reserve a reward. You must reach your target before other traders fill the available rewards in your tier and before the campaign ends.
The deadline is 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UTC for all participants, regardless of when you activate. Each tier closes when traders claim its available rewards or the campaign reaches its deadline, whichever happens first.
Voltrade will distribute the DRV rewards.
How to take part
- Visit voltrade.xyz/proof-of-trader and connect your wallets or exchange accounts.
- Check your tier and the Derive offer available to you.
- Activate the Derive offer before working towards your target. You can activate offers from other partners at the same time.
- Trade eligible options on Derive and reach your target before the rewards run out or the campaign ends.
- Receive your DRV from Voltrade after completing an eligible offer. You can share the card generated for your completed deal.
